A Special Lady

So, I was cruisin' my favorite blogs recently and came upon this sketch.

Something about it caught my eye and really appealed to me. Upon further investigation, I discovered a new layout challenge site here.  This challenge is all about Mom or some other special women.  Having just lost my Aunt, I decided this would be a great layout to feature her on.

Last week was all about discovery.  As we remodel the crop studio we're uncovering lots of those "when did I get THIS" moments.....The paper I used for this layout was one of those "hmmm" moments.  The entire layout is created from a Quick Quotes kit that I got sometime....it turned out quite nicely I think.  I made very little changes to the layout sketch since I liked it so much.....
