For my layout I used one of the Circle Pennants to feature a picture of my great grandmother and I. It's so simple to punch out a 1" circle and pop it right into the pennant.
A clear glass cover is available to keep your picture securely in the pennant and give it some protection from the elements. I added a piece from the Thinker and Rhinestone charms collection on the ribbon for some added effect. Here's a close up of the pennant area of the layout. Because I didn't want the pennant and charms to move around on my layout, I secured each of them to the paper with a glue dot.
I chose to use the retired Timberline Collection paper because it is so rustic and antique looking - which goes perfectly with my photo of the cafe. You'd never guess this was a camping/outdoors focused paper line. I was really sad when this paper retired, but rest assured I got plenty of it so I could use the wood looking piece on many more projects!!
Thanks for stopping by today. Now hop on over to Judy Faye's blog to see her fabulous creation!!
